In the past Diane and Will have donated clothes and other articles to an orphanage for mentally challenged children in Haiti. Next year they will be traveling to Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic, where they will be visiting and helping different orphanages.

I offered to donate the remaining clothing and articles from the flea market to them, so they can bring these to children in need. They gladly accepted my offer and a few days later on March 26th of 2013 we boarded 5 boxes of clothing and articles on their sailboat.

I believe in seizing every great opportunity to help underprivileged kids around the world. Helping children should not be limited to my native island of Aruba, but wherever and whenever I can.

Donations: Haiti

During my flea market fundraising event to raise awareness on domestic violence and stop abuse against women and children I was introduced to Diana and Will from the Netherlands. During our conversation they told me that they live 6 months in the Netherlands and the other 6 months they travel from island to island in the Caribbean on their sailboat “Cornelis”...
